Frida Emalange
President & Chief Executive Officer
Frida Emalange is the founder and principal incorporator of Zorganics Foundation. With more than 25 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals build confidence, improve their well-being, and pursue meaningful professional opportunities.
As a beauty and wellness educator and entrepreneur, Frida brings extensive experience in cosmetology, esthetics, holistic wellness, nutrition, and stress management.
Her vision for the Foundation is rooted in the belief that compassionate care, education, and community support can transform lives.
Through Zorganics Foundation, she seeks to expand access to restorative beauty and wellness services for cancer patients and survivors, vocational scholarships, and educational opportunities for underserved communities.
Nicole Heller
Assistant Director & Board Member
Nicole Heller brings more than 30 years of experience in nursing, healthcare leadership, post-acute care, regulatory compliance, and senior advocacy to Zorganics Foundation.
As owner of Haven Staffing and Senior Advising and a Certified Senior Advisor®, Nicole connects healthcare organizations with skilled professionals and helps older adults and families navigate care, living, and supportive-service options.
Her work centers on connecting people, care, and resources to improve outcomes. She is especially passionate about healthy aging, dementia and caregiver support, and access to compassionate, high-quality care.
As Assistant Director and Board Member, Nicole brings healthcare expertise and a commitment to building community partnerships that support the comfort, dignity, and well-being of individuals facing cancer and other health challenges.
Levi Heeringa
Development & Grant Assistant
Levi brings over 10 years of technical expertise and technical documentation experience in the healthcare sector. He has spent years helping to educate doctors on medical equipment, bringing state-of-the-art care to patients, streamlining the workflow for doctors, and ensuring patients receive timely
care. He is passionate about dignity in care for patients, survivors, and their loved ones, and he shares the Foundation's belief in holistic care, wellness, and education. He has a drive to make meaningful differences in the lives of our community.
